Superfoods have been classified as “superfoods” because they are loaded with health-promoting nutrients, antioxidants and phytochemicals (disease-fighting chemicals found in plants).
Adaptogens are foods or ingredients that help your body adapt to stress or change. So, if you’re stressed, these herbs help bring you back down to a calm level. If you’re exhausted, they’ll help give you a boost. Adaptogens date back to Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine. They are not new, incredibly ancient in fact, they are just only more recently being recognized for their powerful abilities.
Antioxidants are chemical compounds that prevent aging and chronic diseases due to their ability to counteract oxidative stress and the effects of free radicals. Free radicals are unstable molecules that are produced naturally as your body performs its everyday functions, like breathing, OR from external factors like pollution, radiation, UV-rays, cigarette smoke, alcohol and excessive stress. Free radicals can damage collagen causing skin dryness, fine lines, wrinkles and premature ageing but worse, when free radicals get out of balance and accumulate (called oxidative stress) they can damage cell structures which can result in the development of illnesses like cancer, autoimmune disorders, heart disease and Alzheimer’s disease.
Antioxidants prevent the production of free radicals, thus oxidative stress, so the more you consume the better your skin will look and the fewer illnesses and diseases you’ll experience. Our latte blends are antioxidant packed.
A delicious thickener with a natural sweetness. Coconut supports the thyroid, balances blood sugar, boosts metabolism and helps to eliminate toxins. It improves digestion and the absorption of vitamins and amino acids, calcium and magnesium.
Tocotrienols, sometimes referred to as tocos, are a rich source of fat-soluble, bio-available vitamins D and E and antioxidants. It supports healthy skin and connective tissue, tames inflammation, supports the immune system and removes toxins from the brain, liver, heart, lungs and kidneys. It is a sweet powder, derived from the bran of organically grown brown rice, that brings a delicious flavor and creaminess to anything it’s added to.

A super-powder made from Japanese whole leaf tea, Matcha has so many benefits, it’s hard to include them all. Matcha offers increased, sustained energy without the jitters that coffee sometimes results in. It’s an antioxidant power-house with more antioxidants than any other superfood or fruit or vegetable. It also boosts your metabolic rate, helping you burn fat. And, if that’s not enough, it’s cancer-fighting and preventative because it contains antioxidants called catechins, specifically the catechin EGCg (epigallocatechin gallate). EGCg helps kill and stop the progression of cancer cells and counteract the effect of free radicals obtained from pollution, radiation, UV rays and chemicals that result in cell and DNA damage. EGCg is only found in green tea.

Lions mane mushroom is a powerful, natural brain booster. It stimulates production of NGF (Nerve Growth Factor), which plays a critical role in the maintenance and regeneration of neurons in the brain. It has the ability to improve memory, boosts creativity, help with concentration and improves mental clarity.

Ashwagandha is an adaptogen, therefore it serves the body how the body needs – increasing or decreasing stress hormones such as cortisol, energizing the body when it needs it or calming the body and nerves when it requires sleep. Ashwagandha also aids in thyroid function.
Reishi is a strong immune-boosting herb that nourishes the heart and energizes the spirit and promotes feelings of strength. It helps relieve stress and provides mental clarity. It also soothes allergies and inflammation.

Vanilla is an ancient aphrodisiac that nourishes the nervous system and reduces stress. It’s an antioxidant that includes magnesium, potassium, calcium and manganese.
Cardamom is used for digestive concerns. It aids in waste elimination and is a mild detoxifier. It also balances energy and blood flow and is a stimulating aphrodisiac.
Stevia – Zero-Glycemic Sweetener.
Made from the leaf of the stevia herb, stevia is up to 300 times as sweet as sugar but does not cause blood sugar levels to rise. It has been used for centuries in South America to help with diabetics and hypoglycemics. We use the unprocessed green powder to ensure no chemically refined ingredients have been added to the powder.
Himalayan Pink Salt – Electrolyte Balancer. Blood Pressure Regulator.
Himalayan Pink Salt is raw and organic and is the highest grade of mineral pink salt. It serves as an electrolyte balancing fluid inside and outside the body. It supports the nervous system, helps to regulate blood pressure, aids in digestion and regulating pH and supports hormone, heart and muscle function.
For a Hot Latte
Add 2 tbsp of the blend to a mug or blender and mix with 8-12 ounces of hot water or milk of choice.
For a Cold Latte
Add 2 tbsp of the blend to a mug or blender and mix with 8-12 ounces of cold water or milk of choice. Serve over ice.
For a Boosted Latte
Add 2 tbsp of the blend, 8-12 ounces of hot water, 1 tbsp of coconut oil or MCT oil, 1 tbsp of ghee or grass-fed butter, 1 tablespoon of collagen powder (optional) to a blender. Blend for a few seconds to incorporate all ingredients.
TIP —If not using a blender, be sure to whisk thoroughly or use a frother to get a creamy drink with a nice layer of foam on top.
