Mint Chip Matcha Smoothie
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk 
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon spirulina (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon peppermint flavoring
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs, add at the end 

 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients except cacao nibs in a high-speed blender and blend until evenly combined.
  2. Add cacao nibs at the end and blend for 5 seconds.
